The Producer's Guide podcast
Friends. Lately, I have been working on a very special/ personal project that I am excited to share with you. I recently started a podcast where I talk to industry professionals about the state of the business, the role of a producer, tips and advice for anyone looking to break into the business and much, much more!
I feel it’s important to talk about the positives of the business when most of the media seems to be so fixated on the negative. I’m not sure how great I am at interviewing, but I’ve had a blast talking with my friends about their histories, their successes, their challenges and what makes them tick in general.
In the very first episode of #ProducersGuide, @AdamSandler and I reminisce over our 20 year working friendship.
I hope you enjoy it.
And if you could, please subscribe on @ApplePodcasts apple.co/2GB2133
Thank you!

Broad Green Sets Casey La Scala-Helmed ‘1974,’ Based On Murders That Hatched ‘Amityville Horror’
"...based on the true events behind the most famous haunted house in Amityville, Long Island. La Scala wrote the script, which takes its jumping off point from the factual tragedy where Ronald DeFeo was convicted of murdering his mother, father, two brothers and two sisters. That was the grounding for the fright franchise The Amityville Horror, which focused on the next family that bought what seemed like an idyllic house in the suburbs. Eli Roth and Todd Garner are producing a film that is expected to be ready for production by September."
